ABB India Ltd share price declined by 0.08% to Rs 7285.95 after the company's net profit plunged by 79.69% to Rs 362.3 crore, while revenue from operations edged up 11.34% to Rs 3521.03 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Heavy Electrical Equipment industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 12.47 lakh crore, nosediving by 16.22%. It has eased by 0.43% over last one week and edged lower by 0.34% in last one month while the market capitalization of ABB India Ltd has softened by 1.14% and 0.79% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of ABB India Ltd stood at Rs 491.0 crore in Q2 FY26, easing 4.34% year-on-year, and crashing by 74.21% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 354 crore, jumping 17.57% YoY and climbing 14.77% sequentially. Total expenses rose by 11.82% to Rs 3151.06 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 1757.47 crore, growing marginally by 6.89% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 250.97 crore, seeing a marginal contraction of 0.75% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations grew marginally by 2.31% to Rs 12366.42 crore, while net profit fell 13.67% to Rs 1618.3 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 196669% to Rs 1621.44 crore, and PBT declined 13.99% to Rs 2161.66 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 1219.51 crore in FY26, as against Rs 1331.8 crore in FY25. ABB India Ltd rallied 32.20% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 3.81% during the same period.
